  • While friends and family provide valuable support, therapy offers a professional, unbiased perspective. I bring specialized training, expertise, and confidentiality to our sessions, fostering a space for deeper exploration and personal growth.

  • The duration of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. We will collaboratively assess progress regularly, and together, we can determine the most suitable timeline for your therapeutic journey.

  • To maximize the benefits of therapy, come with an open mind, be honest about your feelings, and actively engage in the process. Setting clear goals and maintaining consistent attendance will contribute to a more effective therapeutic experience.

  • I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. My fees are $185 for a 60-minute intake session and $150 for a 45-minute individual counseling session.

  • Yes, I currently accept the following insurances:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA

    • Optum

    • United Health Care/MassGeneral Brigham Health Plan

    and EAPs:

    • Business Health Solutions EAP

    • Optum Live and Work Well EAP

    • AllOne Health EAP

    • Optum Emotional Wellbeing Solution (Premium EAP)

    For Private Pay sessions, all Payments for services will be made through our patient portal. If you would like to be reimbursed by insurance, I can provided you a "super bill" to allow you to get reimbursed for "Out of Network" costs.

  • Opting for private pay offers confidentiality, flexibility, and a focus on personalized care without insurance constraints. This ensures that our therapeutic relationship is driven solely by your unique needs and goals.

  • Out of Network refers to seeking therapy from a provider who isn't in your insurance network. A Super Bill is a detailed invoice provided by the therapist that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your customer service for Behavioral Health on the back of your insurance card to determine if your plan reimburses for Out of Network benefits.
