For LMHC Candidates (Massachusetts)
As a MAMHCA Certified Clinical Supervisor, I provide individual and group supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward LMHC licensure in Massachusetts. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-hierarchical, creating a space where you can ask real questions, explore stuck points, and grow your voice as a clinician.Together, weāll deepen your clinical intuition, refine your use of theory and technique, and strengthen your confidence in working with complex clients. I specialize in supporting supervisees who are drawn to depth work, including trauma, grief, identity development, and somatic approaches.

Pick-my-brain sessions for therapists, coaches, and healing professionals
These sessions are for clinicians at all stages who want space to think out loud, deepen their work, or make aligned decisions, clinically or professionally.
You might be:
Navigating a complex clinical case and want fresh eyes
Wanting to shift your practice toward more trauma-informed, somatic, or grief-responsive care
Wrestling with imposter syndrome, boundaries, or burnout
Building or running your private practice and wondering how to make it sustainable, ethical, and yours
We can talk about caseload flow, documentation that supports the work (not just insurance), content strategy, finding your niche, or simply how to stay grounded in the āboth/andā of being a therapist and a human.
Whether youāre wondering āhow do I even do this part?ā or āam I allowed to do it this way?ā , this is a space for honest conversation, strategy, and support.
Youāll leave with clarity, next steps, and permission to build a practice that actually works for you.
