Do you ever feel like you’re walking through life with your body, mind, or spirit still on pause?

You’ve achieved so much, yet something inside keeps spinning.

You’ve felt anxiety that doesn’t make sense, grief that won’t let go, or a sensitivity to the world that leaves you exhausted.

You carry identity‑wounds, faith questions, or trauma that words alone can’t touch.

You’re ready for something deeper, but wondering if it’s safe or possible.

You’re not alone, and there’s a reason it feels this way.

EMDR & Brainspotting help you
move through what’s stuck, so you can live more freely.

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma‑informed therapy method that helps your brain process distressing experiences and memories, so the charge around them softens, their hold on you loosens, and you begin to feel more like yourself again. Cleveland Clinic
Rather than simply talking about the problem, EMDR uses your brain’s natural healing system, so you don’t have to be trapped by the memory or the symptom any longer.

In EMDR you will:

  • Notice how past experiences still influence what you feel now.

  • Gently re‑process those experiences in a safe, contained environment.

  • Shift old beliefs like “I’m broken” into something more like “I survived, and I can use my story.”

  • Free up energy, ease nervous system tension, and step more fully into your life.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting was developed by David Grand and is rooted in the idea that “Where you look affects how you feel.” Brainspotting
It uses specific visual positions (“brainspots”) to access the deeper, body‑based layers of trauma and emotional pain, parts of us that are pre‑verbal, stored in the nervous system, and often untouched by talk alone. Healthline

In Brainspotting you will:

  • Engage not just your thoughts, but your body, your sensations, your inner knowing.

  • Work with eye‑gaze and subtle cues to access what’s been hidden beneath the surface.

  • Experience processing that is sometimes quiet, sometimes intense, and always respectful of your pace.

  • Move toward healing the parts of you that have been carrying the weight for too long.
