Coaching Services

It’s not uncommon to wonder whether you need a therapist or a coach, especially when you’re doing the deep work of becoming more aligned, self-aware, and whole. Both counseling and coaching offer meaningful support, but they serve different purposes and are structured in different ways.

Counseling is a therapeutic service rooted in mental health care. It provides a safe space to explore past experiences, emotional wounds, and current challenges. Counseling can support you in managing anxiety, navigating grief, processing trauma, and improving your overall mental and emotional well-being. It is typically covered by insurance and requires licensure, which means it must follow specific ethical and clinical guidelines.

 

Coaching is a forward-focused service designed to help you gain clarity, set intentional goals, and create action plans in areas like relationships, career, mindset, and personal growth. While coaching can feel therapeutic, it is not therapy.Coaching is best for those who are emotionally stable and ready to move from insight into action. It often includes tools for accountability, mindset shifts, and strategic planning. Coaching sessions are not covered by insurance and are offered privately.
